Real easy heating instructions

These instructions are a guide only. Heating times may vary according to the number of items being heated and the power of equipment used. As a guideline we recommend heating products to 65-70°C and serve, or hold at this temperature for a maximum 2 hours. We do not recommend reheating previously heated product.

For optimum taste, reheat from a thawed rather than a frozen state and serve hot.

Our products will reheat with a soft and delicate texture when following these heating instructions.

THAWING INSTRUCTIONS (Optional)

  1. Remove from carton
  2. Arrange in single layer, cover and thaw in fridge at less than 5°C for 24 hours
  3. Check the product is properly thawed prior to use
  4. Once thawed, consume within 5 days

MICROWAVE (based on a 1100 watt oven)

  1. Place Egg Bake in a microwave safe container with vented lid
  2. Thawed: HIGH, 40 seconds, add 20 seconds for each extra item
  3. Frozen: HIGH, 1 minute 30 seconds, add 1 minute for each extra item
  4. Heat up to three Egg bakes at once

COMBI OVEN

  1. Preheat oven to 100°C, 100% steam
  2. Thawed: 8-10 minutes
  3. Frozen: 20-25 minutes

CONVENTIONAL OVEN

  1. Preheat oven to 150°C
  2. Thawed: 15-20 minutes
  3. Frozen: 20-25 minutes

BURLODGE AND / OR STEAM OVEN EQUIVALENT
